Questions
If you or a family member is injured on the job and your employer is a non subscriber to workers compensation insurance, questions must be asked.
(1) Did your employer fail in its responsibility to provide a safe place for you and other employees to work? If so, it may be liable for money damages that you sustained resulting from your injuries.

If you have been injured as a result of an accident on your job, your employer may not carry Texas Worker's Compensation Insurance. Your employer may be what is known as a "non subscriber" to worker's compensation insurance.
